This 6-week Anger Management Series, led by Licensed Clinical Social Worker Franklin Sellers(credentials), offers a supportive, skills-based space to better understand anger, reduce emotional reactivity, and develop healthier ways to respond to stress, conflict, and frustration.

This CEU class explores cognitive fatigue and its impact on focus, decision-making, and emotional regulation in both professionals and clients. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how mental fatigue develops, how it presents in daily practice, and how it can affect performance and well-being over time.
The course offers practical strategies for recognizing early signs of cognitive fatigue, supporting sustainable workload management, and integrating effective interventions into professional settings.
